It looks just like it does in the picture and is very comfortable. Assembly is easy and took me 15 minutes to complete by myself. All components (hardware, instructions, pillows, legs, ...) are contained within each seat base and packaged in 3 boxes: chaise, sofa, and ottoman. The cushions are on the firm side. I gave a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because the velcro cover under the seats is visible from the sides.

I saw a lot of reviews warning against ordering from VisionDecor (the vendor used by the Amazon for this couch) because of shipping issues, but the furniture is sent to local shipment companies for delivery. The shipping experience depends on the local company. My couch arrived 5 days after I ordered it (2 days before the estimated date), and there were no problems with delivery. Nothing was damaged and everything was in its place.

Overall, great purchase!
